You should find there the necessary information on the program settings that are best to use.
2. Make sure the materials in your model are "Principled BSDF".
In Blender, every material must be set this way. Simplify your textures to this setting. Unfortunately, a complex material structure may not work. To do this, bake it out.
3. Make sure you have access to all image files
Prepare all the graphics that the textures use (.jpg .png files). You need to pass them to us in the right hierarchy so that your file will find them during conversion.
4. Upload a zipped .blend project file containing the textures or attach them separately.
