2. Make sure the materials in your model are "Physical Material".
In 3D Max, every material must be set up this way. If it is not, use the automatic conversion to eliminate problems with incorrectly displayed materials. Unfortunately, a complex material structure may not work. To do this, bake it out.
3. Make sure you have access to all image files
Prepare all the graphics that the textures use (.jpg .png files). You need to pass them to us in the right hierarchy so that your file will find them during conversion. To make it easier for you, use the Collect Assets
4. Upload the .max project file along with the graphic files.
